For more than 4 decades Dennis has helped thousands of people gain clarity about what they want and supported them in pursuing it. Working with churches and community leaders for 40 years has allowed him to work with executives, government servants, entrepreneurs, parents, and soon-to-be-married couples. He has coached business leaders and shown organizations how to pursue shared goals. He has guided couples to design the marriage of their dreams. And helped people put relationships back together after a rupture.
He has devoted his life to learning how people change, and how they can do it quickly. He loves coaching individuals and groups to move forward in their work and their lives. By offering exquisite listening and a strategic framework for the transformations people want he has helped people gain clarity about their next step. Dennis supports each client every step of the path they designed. Soon, what seemed far off or impossible becomes reality.
Dennis has been married to Sharon for over 40 years. They have two children and three grandchildren. Dennis grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. He and Sharon spent weekends climbing the Blue Ridge mountains. Those hikes provide a fitting metaphor for the change that is possible.
