Wellness Classes at Aldersgate
Aldersgate’s wellness program offers group fitness opportunities to the congregation and to the community at large. The classes are ongoing and they are a free gift from the church to the community. All are welcome to join class as long as their physician has given approval.
Classes are taught by Judy Jurkowski, a Certified Group Exercise Instructor who has been teaching a wide variety of fitness classes at local gyms since 1987. Contact Judy at judy@aldersgate.net.

Monday, 9:00-9:45 a.m. – Senior Strength and Stretch
Monday, 10:00-11:00 a.m. – Gentle Yoga
Tuesday, 7:00-7:55 p.m. – Family Friendly Yoga
Wednesday, 4:00-4:45 p.m. – Senior Strength and Stretch
Thursday, 11:00-11:55 a.m. – Gentle Yoga
